EARN MORE ON SELECTED PRODUCTS
Occasionally, specific products will carry an entry multiplier. When a multiplier is active on a product the entries calculated for that line item are multiplied by the bonus factor.
Example: You buy a $30 hat with a ×2 multiplier active. Normally that earns 6 entries ($30 ÷ $5). With the multiplier you earn 12 entries instead.
Multipliers are announced on the individual product page. They are applied automatically — no code needed.

Every entry represents one slot in the draw pool. If there are 100 total entries and you have 10, you have a 10% chance. A single entry always has a real chance of winning — no entry is ever worthless.
Purchase Verified
NO PURCHASE, NO ENTRY
Every entry in the pool is tied to a real Stripe payment ID. There is no way to accumulate entries without completing a genuine purchase. Entries cannot be transferred, gifted, or purchased separately.
Stripe Verification
EVERY ORDER SIGNED
Stripe generates a unique payment intent ID for every transaction. That ID is stored against your entry record and can be cross-referenced with your Stripe receipt at any time. We cannot fabricate entries — each one has a traceable payment behind it.
Draw Process

You complete a purchase in the store. Stripe processes payment — we never see your card details.
Contact Details Collected
Name and email collected for order fulfilment. Shipping address collected to ship the prize if you win. All data encrypted at rest immediately.
Entries Calculated
Your entries are calculated based on the order total. Stored as a number linked to your purchase record.
Giveaway Runs
The draw period continues. Your data sits encrypted in our database, untouched, until the draw.
Winner Selected
A winner is randomly drawn. At this point only the winner's data needs to be accessed.
Winner Contacted
We reach out to the winner using the stored email. Data is accessed only for this purpose.

Encryption at Rest
ALL PERSONAL DATA IS ENCRYPTED IN OUR DATABASE
We use industry-standard AES-256 encryption on all personal data fields before they are stored. Name, email, phone number, and shipping address are all encrypted at rest. Even in the extremely unlikely event of a database breach, your data cannot be read without our private encryption key, which is stored separately from the database.

No. Every purchase automatically earns entries regardless of whether you have an account. Your email address from checkout is all we need to contact you if you win. Creating an account lets you track your entries and see your percentage of the pool, but it is entirely optional.
You receive a confirmation email after every purchase showing exactly how many entries you earned and your unique entry reference number. Your entry reference is tied to your Stripe payment ID and can be verified on request.
Yes. Each giveaway is completely independent. Past winners are fully eligible to enter and win future giveaways. There are no restrictions on repeat winners.
Winners are selected using a weighted random draw. Each entry represents one slot in the pool. If there are 500 total entries and you have 25, you hold a 5% chance. The draw is performed through our admin system and the result — including the winning entry ID and associated Stripe payment reference — is permanently recorded before any data is purged.
All personal information including your name, email, phone number, and shipping address is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database once the winner has been contacted and confirmed. This typically happens within 48 hours of winner confirmation. We retain only an anonymous summary showing first name and city for the public winners page.
We will make three contact attempts over 7 days using the email you provided at checkout. If we are unable to reach you after three attempts we will select an alternate winner and the original selection will be voided. This is why keeping your order confirmation email is important — it contains your entry reference in case you need to identify yourself.
